POSITION:Position: Senior Team Leader (Loans)- Lead the onboarding and training of new sales team members to ensure smooth integration and readiness for field performance.
- Drive the achievement of overall team sales targets through effective planning, coaching, and process management.
- Conduct regular sales activity spot checks and performance verifications to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
- Communicate key business updates, strategies, and operational information to ensure full team alignment and understanding.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field).
- Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good understanding of customer lending business and marketing & sales for lending business, sales background is preferred, persuasion and negotiation skills.
