The Opportunity

Join the dynamic team at PTC Commercial Corporation as an Inventory Staff. In this full-time role based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management to support the company's operations.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage procedures
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory, and implement corrective actions
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide analytical insights to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory levels and minimise stock shortages
• Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse and storage facilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management processes and systems

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inventory or stock control role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control best practices
