What You’ll Do -Looking for an opportunity to impact the employee experience through your payroll support? You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities. You’ll work to promptly professionally and courteously resolve questions received through the ticketing tool and email.
You'll report to the Senior Manager, Payroll. This role is instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences.
During a Typical Day, You’ll- Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ
- Comply with the government's statutory requirements
- Conduct audits of all payroll records
- Familiarize yourself and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information
- Support, advise, and assist with continual process improvement projects
- 3 years experience in AUS payroll
- Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
- Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
- Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
