Job description

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a officer or leadership role
• Strong ability to develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Willing to relocate and travel nationwide to explore and expand business opportunities
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train sales teams for maximum productivity
• Preferably knows how to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license
• Willing to relocate in Cavite for the training

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and pursue new market opportunities across different regions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
• Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management
