Role Description- Conduct one-on-one English lessons using the 51Talk platform
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons based on provided materials
- Maintain a professional and conducive online teaching environment
- Follow lesson guidelines and complete sessions on scheduled time
- Build positive learning experiences for global students
- Passion for English teaching
- Fluent English speaker (clear and natural)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Experience in ESL or classroom teaching roles preferred
- Certification in teaching (TESOL, TEFL) is an advantage
- OS: Windows 10 or above
- CPU: Intel Core i5 (10th Gen) up to i9 / AMD A Series A8 7500 and above / AMD Ryzen
- Memory: At least 8GB RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space
- Webcam: High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
- Headset: Extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
- Internet: Wired or wireless connection with at least 25 Mbps speed
Peak Teaching Hours:
- Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
