Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and ensure equipment logs are updated.
- Assist in the structured implementation of Preventive Maintenance Programs.
- Provide repair services for field equipment, including provincial decanter units.
- Perform minor repairs and servicing of weighing scales, battery chargers, and transport carts.
- Actively support safety program compliance and report hazards.
Job Qualifications:
- At least Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, decanters)
- Knowledge in basic electrical systems, circuits, and control troubleshooting
- Experience in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic meters, and equipment manuals
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Physically fit, able to lift tools and equipment as needed, and willing to travel for off-site repair work
- Must be willing to report onsite from Monday to Saturday at 3M Warehouse in Marilao, Bulacan.
