• Support internal teams in re-architecting and migrating their applications to containerized and microservices-based environments.
• Provide pre-production support through activities such as system architecture consulting, developing software frameworks and platforms, capacity management, and conducting launch assessments.
• Take ownership of and deliver features and user stories within Container Platforms sprints, collaborating through pair programming and code reviews with team members.
• Drive sustainable system scaling through automation and advocate for system improvements that enhance reliability and speed.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on production system support.
• Practical experience with container management platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
• Certification as a Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is highly beneficial.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is a plus.
• Certification in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
• ITIL v3 Foundation or equivalent certifications or training is a plus.
• Tertiary qualification in IT or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
