Marketing Manager - Lucena City, Quezon
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, generate qualified leads, and support sales performance across all CLDC projects.
This role oversees integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional), manages the marketing team, and ensures alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and creative capabilities to drive growth and market competitiveness.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions.
- Establish campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure marketing efforts deliver maximum value and ROI.
- Brand Management & Campaign Oversight
- Lead branding initiatives to strengthen CLDC’s market presence and identity.
- Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels (SEO, social media, display, print, etc.)
- Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and brand standards in all materials.
- Approve marketing content, creatives, and publications prior to release.
- Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Manage all digital platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and data insights.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation in customer engagement strategies and digital channels.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure cost control and financial accountability for all marketing activities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives.
- Support project launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination for integrated campaigns and branding efforts.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present periodic marketing performance reports to senior management
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or other related fields
Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the real estate industry. Proven track record in developing and implementing digital and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience in creative, advertising, or marketing-related roles is highly preferred.
