Management Trainee

The Management Trainee is a developmental role designed to prepare future leaders by providing hands-on exposure to various business functions such as operations, quality assurance, food safety, human resources, finance, and customer service.
The role undergoes structured training, on-the-job rotations, and performance evaluations to build the necessary skills and competencies for future supervisory or managerial positions within the organization.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology,Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- With or without work experience.
- Store management experience is an advantage
- Internship or leadership experience in school organizations is an advantage.
- Must be willing to undergo intensive training and job rotations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of operations, customer service, or business processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong leadership potential and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in different departments or locations.
- Office-based and field exposure depending on assigned department.
- May require travel for training, store visits, or project assignments.
- May work beyond regular hours during training, rotations, or special projects.
- Rotational assignment across departments such as Operations, QA, HR, Finance, and Food Safety.
