Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate branding and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Manage company social media accounts and online presence.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare marketing reports and present findings to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
