Gathers data information through phone checking:
Individual account- Confirms the loan application with the client
- Validates personal data given by the client in the loan application form. (Spelling of names of applicant, spouse or co-maker)
- Residence address details
- Employment details
- Business details (if engaged in business)
- Bank reference details
- Credit reference details (if disclosed with existing loan with other banks)
- Confirms the loan application with the client or assigned point person in-charge
- Validates information based on the submitted application form
- Business address details
- Confirm name of Officers, Stockholders name and address
- Bank reference details
- Credit reference details (if disclosed with existing loan with other banks)
- Conducts third party verification of the following:
- Residence checking
- Employment checking
- Business checking (includes application of corporate account)
- Bank Checking
- Credit Checking
- Trade Checking (if with business)
- Ensures that all information gathered is accurate and complete that he or she will enter in the system before endorsing the account to credit analyst for evaluation
- Attends to credit inquiries of other banks
- Attends seminar and training program related to the job
- Recommends improvement and enhancement to improve credit verification
- Prepares reports as requested by superiors
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
- Performs and participates on Kaizen activities, TFSPH team-building activities, etc.
- Submits idea generator that will help in the improvement of present process
