QA/ Regulatory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Monitoring:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Handles the application and coordination with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the Certificate of Product Registration and License To Operate for DFI and DMI
• Manages the process of all food safety related certifications.

1. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain and organize compliance-related documents and records.
• Prepare and file necessary compliance reports and documentation with regulatory agencies.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance training materials and presentations.

1. Research and Analysis:

• Conduct legal research on compliance-related issues and regulations.
• Analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization’s compliance obligations.
• Summarize findings and present recommendations to the Management

1. Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of compliance training sessions for employees.
• Respond to inquiries regarding compliance matters from internal stakeholders.
• Handle and monitor the complaints: study the cause, identify and propose solutions, definitions to avoid repeated faults.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance Supervisor role within the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Effective communication and training skills
• Guest–focused and good team player
