JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Admin is responsible for supporting the marketing, sales, and customer service efforts related to a specific brand (e.g., Vespa or Mini) within the dealership. This role focuses on maintaining brand integrity, supporting sales goals, and ensuring that all brand-specific materials, promotions, and communications are handled effectively.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain brand integrity by ensuring that all communications, marketing materials, and sales materials align with brand standards.
  • Monitor and manage the brand's inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate stock orders.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance for the brand and reporting progress against sales targets.
  • Support the sales team with training, product knowledge, and assisting in closing sales related to the brand.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of brand-specific marketing campaigns, including online promotions, events, and in-store displays.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to promote the brand and increase sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to the brand, providing information on product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure that all customer feedback related to the brand is communicated to the appropriate departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in brand administration, sales support, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and administrative procedures in the automotive industry.
