Job Responsibilities
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Process payroll, incentives, allowances, and deductions accurately
- Handle employee benefits enrollment, claims, and concerns
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated benefits
- Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee compensation
- Assist in salary reviews, compensation analysis, and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
- Support HR activities and other administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in compensation and benefits or HR functions is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and government-mandated benefits
- Familiar with labor laws and HR policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (optional, if applicable)
