ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage company emails, correspondence, and other administrative communications
  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of company documents, records, contracts, and agreements
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, company activities, and communications with internal and external parties
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required
  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • With experience in administrative, secretarial, or office support work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling emails, documents, and contracts is an advantage
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
