Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble components and subassemblies to produce final products
- Install wirings, alarms, and security locks, ensuring proper integration
- Measure voltages to verify operational integrity
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
- Read assembly instructions and guidelines for accurate component placement
- Position or align components and parts during assembly, addressing reworks as necessary
- Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble parts according to specifications
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment, including tools
- Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary materials
- Examine connections for correct fit and fasten parts securely
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and arrange repairs when needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to procedures and regulations
- Document production and quality-related actions by completing appropriate forms
- Provide feedback on assembly techniques and suggest improvements
- Comply with eTap’s safety, security, and information security protocols
- Perform other job-related functions or duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- With own motorcycle (required)
