The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our aviation training programs. This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about education and the aviation industry.

The Marketing Assistant will help engage diverse audiences across different stages of their aviation careers.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating, editing, and distributing marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, digital ads, etc.)

Manage and update content on the institution’s website and social media platforms
Coordinate with internal departments to collect content for promotional use (student success stories, events, etc.)
Support event planning and coordination (open houses, expos, school visits, webinars)
Help develop campaigns targeted to senior high school students, parents, professionals, and industry partners
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of activities
Assist in managing the CRM system and email marketing tools
Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide program information

Work with graphic designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or ongoing studies in relevant programs)
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships acceptable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Interest or background in aviation or education is an advantage
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
