Finance Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead in-depth data analysis projects, providing advanced insights into business performance, behavior, and operational efficiency
• Identify trends, correlations, and patterns within data sets, producing actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Utilize Statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast and interpret Business performance across various departments.

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights and data visualizations to Stakeholders
• Optimize and streamline Power BI data models and ensuring high performance and reliability across reports and dashboards
• Design Automation using Power tools (Power Automate, Power BI etc.)
• Identifies business needs and determines analytical approaches to develop solutions to business issues.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, integrity, and security within analytics platforms
• Assist in defining and improving data architecture, ensuring data is collected, stored, and managed effectively.

• Understands business goals and contributes to solutions to drive business strategy.
• Projects and analyses involve complex analytics to solve a variety of cross-functional business issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance and/or data analytics.
• Power BI Expertise and Automation
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• 4-7 years of experience in Data Analysis & Automation
• Finance Industry Background.

Shift Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM MNL Time. On-site work set up (Monday-Friday)
