Position Overview
The Revit Drafter will be responsible for editing and detailing architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. This role requires strong technical expertise in Revit and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.The drafter will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver precise documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and detail architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.) using Revit.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design details.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
- Support project teams with technical drafting and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Revit.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
- Knowledge of architectural standards, construction methods, and detailing.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
- Extremely detail-oriented with high accuracy in drafting.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with design teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to project changes.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
