SERVICE CREW / CASHIER / BARISTA

Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions with customers using POS.
• Interact with customers and facilitate transactions, orders, and / or other requests
• Interface and facilitate orders through third party delivery providers
• Help in order fulfillment
• Introduce products and provide value to the customers
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy counter and coffee areas.

Requirements and Skills:

• Work experience as a Service Crew and or Cashier and or in a similar role in sales is advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like POS.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Basic coffee knowledge such as how to prepare common coffee beverages.
• With work experience as Barista is an advantage.
