Recruitment Assistant – Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will support the hiring operations of a manpower/recruitment agency. The role is responsible for sourcing applicants, coordinating with clients and candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the overall recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities- Source applicants through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and profile candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and applicants
- Maintain communication with candidates regarding application updates
- Assist in preparing endorsement and recruitment documents
- Monitor applicant status and update recruitment trackers
- Respond to applicant and client inquiries professionally
- Assist recruiters with day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks
- Support mass hiring and recruitment activities when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment roles
- Experience in a manpower or recruitment agency is an advantage (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
- Knowledgeable in sourcing applicants through different recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and an on-site setup
