- Recruitment & Selection
- Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding of new employees
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Handle workplace issues and disciplinary procedures
- Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave records, 201 file and payroll support
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role (typically 1–3 years for entry/mid-level)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office.
