Customer Service Representative (With Zendesk Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with Zendesk experience to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  2. Utilising Zendesk to track and manage customer cases effectively
  3. Resolving customer issues by providing accurate information and tailored solutions
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to management
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. Atleast HS/SHS Graduate
  2. With excellent communication skills
  3. 7 Months CCE in E-commerce or Retail Acc
  4. With Experience in Zendesk/Gorgias/Shopify
  5. Amenable to work in MTS or in Cybergate Delta
