We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with Zendesk experience to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base.
What you'll be doing- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Utilising Zendesk to track and manage customer cases effectively
- Resolving customer issues by providing accurate information and tailored solutions
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Atleast HS/SHS Graduate
- With excellent communication skills
- 7 Months CCE in E-commerce or Retail Acc
- With Experience in Zendesk/Gorgias/Shopify
- Amenable to work in MTS or in Cybergate Delta
