Job Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with different departments for procurement needs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for operations and projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Review and analyze procurement requests for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
• Minimum one year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles is required
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development is an advantage
