About the role
BestOption Management Consultants Inc' is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable support to our small business clients.
What you'll be doing- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory reporting
- Providing financial analysis and insights to help our clients make informed business decisions
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless client service
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small business or consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
