Responsibilities:

Present and Demonstrate Software – Show clients how the software works and explain its benefits.
Find Potential Customers – Look for new clients through calls, emails, facebook pages, events, and referrals.
Understand Client Needs – Learn about the customer’s business and suggest the right software.
Sell and Negotiate – Prepare offers, handle questions, and close deals to meet sales goals.
Maintain Client Relationships – Keep in touch with clients and make sure they are satisfied.
Support After Sales – Help clients with setup, training, and basic issues, or connect them to the tech team.
Keep Records – Update client and sales information in the company’s database.
Watch the Market – Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
Work with the Team – Coordinate with technical support, and product development to improve service.
Follow Rules – Adhere to company policies, ethics, and data privacy laws.
