About the role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join the dynamic Marketing team at Mr. Mala Food Concepts Inc. in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to effectively engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
What you'll be doing- Manage and execute our social media content calendar across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create engaging, on-brand social content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to continuously optimise our strategy and content
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and tools
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food/hospitality industry
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for design and visual content
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to decision making
