About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles within fast-paced software companies. This role is pivotal to building and nurturing our team of world-class engineers, developers, and technology professionals.You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to strategically source, engage, and hire top technical talent, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Outreach- Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications, conducting thorough pre-screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Evaluate candidates against technical requirements, job expectations, and organizational values.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate both technical assessments and behavioral interviews as required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate competitive and compelling job offers.
- Manage offer discussions with candidates, ensuring alignment with company compensation structures and market trends.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
- Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruitment metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and ensure process efficiency.
- Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and related technical positions.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and techniques, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other job boards.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, development methodologies, and IT roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Experience recruiting for remote and distributed teams.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
