The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their banking inquiries, account-related concerns, and other front-line transactions. The position ensures accurate processing of customer requests while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.The CSA also supports the branch in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
A graduate of any business related course Knowledgeable in deposit and loans processing Knows how to drive (motorcycle & four-wheeled vehicles) & with driver’s license Good oral & written communication skills
