We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who can masterfully balance aggressive business development with sophisticated account management, ensuring the property remains a premier destination for corporate and leisure clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed high-value monthly targets across multiple revenue streams, including rooms, wellness services, and banquet/event divisions. Utilize effective rate controls and promotional programs to maximize occupancy and Average Daily Rates (ADR).
  • Proactively identify target markets and high-yield accounts. Establish contact with new prospects and nurture these relationships to ensure long-term loyalty. Maintain a deep awareness of competitor pricing and marketing programs to respond proactively to shifting market conditions.
  • Prepare and report quarterly sales plans for analysis and approval by senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies based on seasonal trends and market demand.
  • Oversee critical communication with all departments regarding the data and logistics necessary for the successful execution of group meetings, conferences, and functions. Ensure that the "on-the-ground" experience matches the promises made during the sales process.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field within the hospitality or business industry; an advanced degree or Master’s is considered a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hospitality or high-end service sales.
  • Well-versed in Hospitality Information Systems (HIS), Digital Marketing, and modern online sales platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in delivering personalized service and identifying client needs through empathy and active listening.
  • The ability to identify the most appropriate interpersonal style for different circumstances and quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly express opinions and influence decision-makers.
  • High proficiency in time and task management, with the adaptability to maintain stable performance under pressure.
