Global Finance Risk & Compliance Specialist

The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Identifies and evaluates potential risks and controls that could impact the organization’s financial business processes and financial statements.
- Supports the Global Finance Risk & Compliance team in the preparation and implementation of the annual test plan.
- Conducts regular reviews and testing of financial controls through facilitating walkthroughs, documenting the activities undertaken, and evaluating the outcomes achieved to prove control effectiveness.
- Reviews IT controls and applications within Oracle
- Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key risk areas, identified deficiencies, and recommendations for improvements in processes and systems.
- Monitors the progress of identified deficiencies and remediations.
- Provides support to various business groups in developing the design, implementation, and enhancement of internal control procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and business processes and controls.
- Performs ad-hoc work related to Risk and Control, and Complaince initiative and function.
- Collaborates with the Risk Management team and global/local finance teams.
- Support the Global Finance Risk and Compliance team in ensuring the overall success of the annual control testing and strengthening the financial control environment of the organization.
- · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Accountancy, Internal Audit, or Finance)
- · Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sarbanes Oxley, internal audit, risk consulting, assurance audit, or related fields.
- · In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and risk management principles.
- · Experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred.
- · Excellent in both verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- · Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different management levels and experience working in a multinational and dynamic environment are required.
- · Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines despite multiple and conflicting priorities.
- · Self-directed and assertive individual who can work on their own initiative, is driven and used to working in a fast-paced large corporate organization.
