We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer / Architect to handle property repairs, maintenance, and site improvements. If you have the drive to lead on-site works, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure quality execution, we’d love to work with you.

• Plan and oversee project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement project activities while ensuring quality, budget compliance, and safety.
• Conduct routine assessments of building maintenance needs and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare minor design shop drawings to support project planning and implementation.
• Manage site housekeeping, reporting on project status, and updating the head office on issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve project-related concerns.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of subcontractors and administrative teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit project operating plans and oversee project turnover and close-out activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to complete the project, addressing unexpected challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction project management
• Licensed professional is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong leadership skills in site supervision, worker coordination, and project execution
• Knowledgeable in MEFPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Structural systems)

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
