About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function in a lean and structured organization.
This role is ideal for someone who can run day-to-day HR operations while driving process improvement, faster recruitment, and career development initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance)
- Improve recruitment speed and hiring efficiency
- Drive process improvement initiatives (QCC / ISO-aligned)
- Design and implement career progression / job leveling frameworks
- Act as a trusted partner between management and employees
- Monitor and report key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional
- Strong hands-on experience across full HR functions
- Track record in:
- Improving HR processes
- Reducing time-to-fill / recruitment turnaround
- Experience in lean or mid-sized organizations preferred
- Familiarity with structured/process-driven environments (ISO, QCC, Six Sigma) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with high level of integrity and professionalism
