We're hiring an experienced and proactive Senior Revit Documenter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality technical documentation, enjoys solving complex design and coordination challenges, and takes pride in producing accurate, buildable documentation that supports exceptional project outcomes.

You will work closely with our Design and BIM teams to produce high-quality project documentation across all project phases, ensuring deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with design intent.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Revit Documenter, you will lead the production and coordination of project documentation while ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and successful project delivery.

• Lead Revit documentation across all project stages, from base build modelling through to construction documentation
• Produce accurate, coordinated, and high-quality drawing packages that clearly communicate design intent
• Plan and manage documentation deliverables in line with project programmes and deadlines
• Maintain organised project models, drawing sets, and documentation records
• Monitor documentation quality and proactively identify errors, gaps, and coordination issues

• Produce detailed, buildable documentation aligned with design objectives and consultant requirements
• Resolve documentation clashes, inconsistencies, and constructability challenges proactively
• Apply a strong understanding of construction detailing, Australian documentation standards, and industry best practices
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure documentation accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Support coordinated project outcomes through proactive communication and technical problem-solving

• Consistently work within company Revit templates, standards, families, libraries, and BIM protocols
• Ensure all project documentation complies with established documentation standards and QA procedures
• Support the ongoing development and refinement of Revit standards, templates, and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation consistency, efficiency, and model management across projects
• Maintain well-organized and efficient project models.

• 5+ years of experience in Revit documentation, architectural drafting, BIM coordination, or similar roles
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with the ability to lead documentation projects independently
• Strong experience producing construction documentation and coordinated drawing packages
• Experience working on Australian architectural, workplace, commercial fit-out, or interior design projects is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with Australian documentation standards, compliance requirements, and industry practices
• Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical and documentation issues
• Experience working within BIM standards, workflows, templates, and protocols
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support future team members
• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work in alignment with Australian business hours as required
• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
