About the role
This is a full-time, customer-facing position at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. based in Quezon City. As a Technical Account Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the call centre and customer service industry.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall customer service operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the call centre industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical information to non-technical customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technical tools
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Fluency in English and Tagalog, both written and spoken
