Electrical/LED Product Manager - Remote

Employment type: Full-time | Day Shift 6AM-3PM

About the Role

This role is key to helping the business deliver reliable LED lighting solutions by keeping product data clean, structured, and up to date.

• Work closely with overseas suppliers to collect LED datasheets, test reports, and pricing.
• Review and validate LED product specifications (wattage, lumen output, efficacy, CCT, CRI, IP/IK ratings, lifespan, operating temperature).
• Maintain and update pricing data across ERP/CRM and Excel records.
• Upload and publish LED product information into ERP/CRM systems and the company website.
• Ensure product listings, specifications, and documents are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate with the internal Product Management team to support new product introductions and data requirements.

• Strong written and spoken English for supplier communication.
• Experience in product data management, PIM, or data administration.
• Advanced Excel skills (structured datasets, lookups, validation).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, or Zoho.
• Ability to interpret LED lighting datasheets and technical specifications.
• High attention to detail and a systematic approach to data accuracy.
• Experience in the LED lighting, electrical, or building products industry.
• Background in publishing or maintaining product content on websites or e‑commerce platforms.

Desirable / Advantageous:

• Familiarity with photometric data (IES/LDT files).
• Familiarity with LM‑80, ISTMT, LM‑79 reports.
