Duties and Responsibilities:

 A.  General
  1. Achieve Service Advisor Service Sales Target Daily, Monthly, and Yearly. Target will be sent in separate memo and will be updated yearly.
  2. Achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction
  3. Open Repair Order (RO) should be closed and invoiced within 24-hours from date of RO creation.
 B.  Specific
  • Prepare Spare Parts Inquiry Form (SPIRF) for parts needed for the repair of unit. Reference for SPIRF preparation is the Client Call for diagnosing or repair service, completed Job Order with service & parts recommendation from Service Technicians.
  • Prepare Repair Estimate / Quotation for Diagnosing or Repair, send Repair Estimate / Quotation to Clients and call Client to discussed the Repair Estimate / Quotation and request for approval.
  • If Client is Corporate, Fleet Account, Affiliates, Local Government Units (LGUs), etc., PO (Purchase Order) are required to proceed with Repair.
  • Once Customer Approval or PO has been received, it is now time to create Repair Order (RO). The PO reference or approval must be indicated in the RO.
  • Prepare Repair Order Issuance, Repair Order Creation, Place RO created to Communication Job Planning Control Board in “Next Job” area
  • Once RO has been completed by Technician complete and bill the completed RO. It must be tagged in “Eric System” as for Billing status.
  • Closing of Repair Order (within 48-hours) from RO creation.
  • Place the RO, with SPIRF tagged as waiting parts, to Communication Job Planning Control Board in Job Stoppage under “Waiting for Parts”.
  • Create Repair Estimate or Service Quotation, sending to Viber Group Chat of Daily Sales Report.
  • Prepare Trip Ticket, Gate Pass, repair Order Issuance (ROI) to get parts from warehouse and prepare Gas PO
  • Perform other tasks as maybe assigned from immediate head/management from time to time.
