Quality Assurance Analyst

Is currently looking for:

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

1. Performs required qualitative and quantitative tests on all in-process, in-coming and out-going products.
2. Prepares daily reports on process monitoring for RC and SRC plant and submits them on time to the QA Supervisor/ Department Manager for checking and approval.
3. Conducts random inspection of process parameters according to agreed specifications or range.
4. Makes immediate decisions for product in-process according to agreed parameters and as authorized by the QA Supervisor/ Department Manager.
5. Prepares and issues Corrective/Preventive Action Reports for nonconforming product in-process.
6. Coordinates with production supervisor or operators in matters relating to out of spec materials.
7. Recommends changes to lab system, procedure or process based on facts or data gathered or on observed problem.
8. Conducts calibration of lab equipment and apparatus as required in the annual calibration plan.
9. Participates in the annual Proficiency tests prepared for lab analysts.
10. Conduct laboratory testing for seaweeds deliveries and samples for testing.
11. Perform other job-related duties required or assigned and not limited to the job description without overlapping with other duties.
