We are hiring for awesome Spanish Bilingual Leaders for our Pioneer team.

• Manage and motivate a team of Spanish bilingual customer service representatives
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the wider call centre team to identify and implement process enhancements
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements and key performance indicators
• Contribute to the development of training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage team-building activities

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English languages, both written and verbal
• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
