• About the Role

We are looking for Mid to Senior Procurement Consultants / Senior Procurement Consultants to support and lead sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle.

This role spans both execution-focused and advisory-level responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who are either:

• Strong in hands-on sourcing execution and ready to grow into advisory roles (mid-level)
• OR experienced in leading sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and category management (senior-level)

• What you bring in...
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or consulting
• Experience in end-to-end S2C lifecycle (RFx, negotiations, contracting, supplier management)
• Ability to develop or support category strategies and sourcing roadmaps
• Strong financial and commercial analysis skills for supplier evaluation
• Strong stakeholder and supplier engagement experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing initiatives
• Strong communication and business problem-solving skills
• Openness to adopt AI and digital tools in procurement workflows

• Experience in consulting or shared services environments
• Exposure to global or multi-region sourcing
• Procurement certifications (CPSM, MCIPS)
• Experience supporting business development (RFPs, case studies, due diligence)
• Advanced degree (MBA or related field)
• Additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean are an advantage
• What You’ll Do
• Execute and/or lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle
• Develop or support category strategies, pipelines, and sourcing plans
• Conduct financial and commercial analysis of supplier proposals
• Lead or support RFx processes, negotiations, and contract execution
• Engage with suppliers and senior stakeholders to drive sourcing outcomes
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Contribute to market intelligence, insights, and procurement best practices
• Support business development activities such as case studies and due diligence
• Mentor junior team members (for senior profiles)
