Branch Pharmacist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Personal Management
• Meet financial objectives by budgeting expense and increasing sales of highly profitable items.
• Prepares and makes bank deposits; maintains financial records such as sales involves and sales collection.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the sales for deposit, revolving fund, and petty cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash in the vault.
• Implement and ensures that laws and regulations of prescription and over-the-counter medications are followed by the pharmacy staff.
• Ensure pricing is correct in accordance to company's standards and laws.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standard.
• Ensures that drug prices are updated in the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS).
• Dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring patient safety by advising on proper drug use and potential interactions.
• Reads and interprets all prescriptions and provide medication substitute if necessary.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Handle customer question, complaints, and patient counselling.
• Maintain daily weekly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in the field of Pharmacy but newly Licensed Pharmacists are encourage to apply.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess high degree of maturity and accountability.
