About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. This full-time role will be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organisation by efficiently managing customer accounts and collections.
What you'll be doing- Responsible for the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer payments
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any queries or concerns
- Assist in the implementation of credit policies and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficient in using accounting software and Google applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have an experience with Netsuite
