  • Handles day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and processing HR-related paperwork.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Help with onboarding new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR matters.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis as needed. Schedule meetings and training sessions for employees.
  • Maintain a filing system for HR documents and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate in Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management / Psychology Graduate
  • With an experience in human resources tasks is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Good oral and written communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills
