Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The System Analyst is responsible for translating the needs of users and stakeholders into process documents, requirements documents, and user stories (where applicable), and then working with various teams for implementation.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:- Eliciting business requirements for identified projects
- Creation of system analysis assets: requirements documents, user stories, as-is to-be, process flow charts, low fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
- Analyzing system requirements (change requests/issues), processes, and data, and identifying areas of improvements
- Facilitate process reviews (online/in-person) with the customers (stakeholders of hospitals)
TECHNICAL/SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other Science and Technology related fields. Also open to Business or Management degree holders- 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in the application of systems analysis and design, tools, and techniques across a variety of domains, including integration across business units.
- Experience with user experience design, design thinking, and agile practices.
- Familiarity with data management & query techniques in Excel, SQL are a plus.
