Retail Supervisor - Muntinlupa
The Retail Head Supervisor will drive sales, manage store teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Sales Performance:
○ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across retail stores and pop-up shops.
○ Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.
○ Set sales goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to store teams.
○ Identify opportunities for new pop-up shop locations and evaluate their potential ROI.
○ Develop strategies to optimize the performance of pop-up shops, considering their unique nature and objectives.- Store Management & Team Leadership:
○ Oversee the operations of retail stores and pop-up shops, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
○ Recruit, train, and manage store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
○ Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
○ Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.- Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience:
○ Ensure consistent and compelling visual merchandising across all retail stores and pop-up shops, adhering to brand guidelines.
○ Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
○ Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's aesthetic and ensure it is reflected in all store displays and layouts.
○ Adapt visual merchandising strategies for pop-up shops to maximize their impact and create a unique brand experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with experience in managing multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing pop-up shops or temporary retail spaces is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the local retail market and consumer trends.
