Product Manager (AI-Enabled Products)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative AI-enabled products. This role will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to create impactful solutions that address real customer needs while supporting business objectives.

• Gather, evaluate, and understand customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities.
• Define and deliver innovative AI-powered product features and capabilities that enhance customer experience.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and post-release management.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Monitor product performance through metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful go-to-market and product launch plans.
• Manage product priorities, budgets, and timelines while balancing business and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members, contributing to talent development and recruitment efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience and expertise.
• Significant Product Management experience, including end-to-end ownership from concept development to post-launch optimization.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, business case creation, product planning, and roadmap management.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and lead collaborative decision-making.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding team members as a subject matter expert.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building or managing AI-enabled, data-driven, or technology-focused products is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work on EST schedule (Shift starts at 8:00PM or 9:00PM Manila time)
• Flexibility to work on a Hybrid Set-up: Once (1x) a month on-site schedule
