- Minimum of 7+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required, with the ability to handle high-volume layout work (70-80% of workload is InDesign-based)
- Proven experience in B2B design, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies, white papers, executive guides, one-pagers, sales decks, newsletters, and social tiles
- Demonstrated experience creating template-driven, production-focused design outputs, with minimal concept development required
- Experience producing business-focused marketing collateral, not primarily advertising, product packaging, signage, or consumer-driven campaigns
- Prior experience working in an in-house design environment, managing projects for a single brand and collaborating directly with internal stakeholders
- Strong project management capability, with the ability to handle multiple requests and maintain direct communication with requestors
- Design and produce sales enablement materials including flyers, one-pagers, presentation decks, and sales collateral
- Create long-form content marketing guides with strong layout and typography
- Design email banners and templates for marketing automation campaigns
- Develop digital assets for social media advertising and organic content
- Create event materials including logos, t-shirt graphics, banners, and signage
- Design infographics that translate HR, payroll, and benefits data into visual formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and materials
- Manage 3-4 concurrent design projects with varying deadlines
- Deliver high-quality outputs within 3-5 business days per project
- Execute rush design requests with 2-day turnaround when required
- Collaborate with marketing team members to align on creative direction
- Implement revisions based on stakeholder feedback while preserving design integrity
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design files
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets optimized for multiple platforms
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications for print and digital distribution
- Complete 5-10 design projects monthly while managing a 15-20 project pipeline
- Attend marketing meetings and provide project status updates
- Complete assigned training and professional development requirements
