Job Description
Posted on 28 April 2026Assist in the implementation of agricultural activities such as planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance
Conduct field inspections to monitor crop growth, pest infestations, and overall plant health
Collect soil, water, and plant samples for analysis
Support field trials, research activities, and data gathering
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as directed
Operate and maintain farm tools, equipment, and machinery
Prepare reports and maintain accurate field records
Coordinate with supervisors and agronomists for daily operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Agriculture, Agronomy, or any related coursePreferably with 1–2 years of experience in farm operations or agricultural work
Knowledge in crop production, pest management, and soil handling is an advantage
Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
Willing to be assigned in farm or provincial areas
With strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
Can work independently and as part of a team
