About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical HR Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to join our People & Culture team. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of HR systems by proactively identifying issues, supporting system enhancements, and delivering robust testing practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, a quality-first mindset, and a passion for improving employee-facing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

System Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Conduct regular system health checks to proactively identify defects, glitches, and performance issues
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and regression testing for system changes and enhancements
  • Perform manual and automated testing to detect bugs and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment to production
Issue Management & Technical Support
  • Investigate, document, and track system issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with HR Systems Development, IT, and vendors to identify root causes and implement fixes
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure seamless coordination with external providers
  • Monitor tickets and maintain service levels for system reliability
System Performance, Security & Documentation
  • Partner with IT to implement and maintain security controls for HR systems
  • Develop tracking and monitoring processes to improve system performance
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, workflows, and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in QA for HR systems or similar role
  • Experience with HRIS, recruitment, LMS, or performance systems (Oracle HCM or UKG Pro preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Macros, VBA, Developer Mode)
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of test automation, bug tracking, and regression testing
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, WordPress, or web testing
  • Experience in system migration, testing, and implementation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Work Setup & Requirements
  • Hybrid work setup: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite (Ortigas Center)
  • Must be willing to work mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
  • Must have reliable internet connectivity for remote work
