We're Hiring: CRM/Salesforce Developer

We are currently partnering with one of our clients who is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their team.

• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Location: McKinley West, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Mid-shift

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and general coding practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of Salesforce applications within an Agile environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce, Apex, LWC, and coding

• Develop and maintain test classes with 85–90% code coverage
• Prepare and maintain program documentation and technical reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, defects, and system issues
• Handle user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprints
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements where applicable
• Provide technical support to ensure the stability and reliability of production systems
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Developer or Associate Manager
